We grow Haskap Berries. We also have a small supply of edible flowers, herbs and select vegetables. These are produce that we love and want to share with you. The edible flowers do double duty in our fields as they are natural deterrents to pests. We will stay open for sprinkles and rain showers – but we will close for thunder and lightening, downpours, or long days of raining. If we need to cancel a pick due to weather you will receive a text to the number provided on your reservation. We will not make the decision to cancel a pick before the morning of the pick. Weather is just too variable.
We have a beautiful porta potty that is checked and maintained daily and serviced each week. If there is an issue with it please let one of our staff know immediately.
Can I bring my dog? No. Under no circumstances can you bring your dog. For food safety, no dogs are allowed on the farm. We have dogs that call this farm home and they have been trained to stay out of the fields. Please do not ask to bring your dog or for an exception to this rule.
Yes. There will be bugs and dirt. We find that the bugs in the field are quite limited and not the kind that most people avoid. Keep in mind that most of the bugs that you do see are beneficial to the plants and are part of a bigger community and ecosystem.
